This is a beautiful example of 1880s applique. The quilting is phemonenal! Even in the border the quilting is unbelievable- This quilt would be smashing on a wall or to dress up the end of a bed. It has some wear but it is an amazing piece. This is a real treat just to see it. This quilt measures 72X80 and is gorgeous.
