CHECK OUT PROCESS

Please browse through our site by clicking on the categories that interest you. When you find an item you like, click on the “add to cart” button and continue shopping. When you are finished shopping, please click on the shopping bag icon at the top of the screen. This will allow you to review the items you have chosen and edit them to your liking. Then click on the “checkout” button located at the bottom of your shopping bag contents. If you do not have an account with us, you will be asked to create one at this point. If you do have an account with us, you will be asked to log in. After registering or signing in, you will be able to select your payment type and finish checking out! Please note, there will be 7% sales tax added to shipments in Iowa.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa®, MasterCard®, Visa® and MasterCard® Debit Cards, Discover®, American Express® and Fern Hill® Gift Certificates.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive two e-mails from us, one when we receive your order and one when your order is shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Because it is our goal to process your order as fast as we possibly can, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed and confirmed. We ask that once you receive the item to please follow our Returns and Exchanges Policies.
